Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these purchases.
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration (weekly/monthly) If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can Pause or Cancel at any time.
Subscription orders will be processed and shipped within the first 7 days of each calendar month.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or:
Via your accounts log in page under (Subscriptions Click Here)
From here you'll be able to see all the subscriptions on your account.
To edit any of your Subscriptions click on the subscription number (eg #1234567)
Within this page you'll then be able to edit your subscription, Pause/Cancel/Skip next order, which will then be updated to option of your choice.

*Current subscription offer terms - Orders placed up until January 31st 2020 23.59 will be eligible for 25% off each seasonal flower subscription box for 3 months once purchased - payment will be taken each month on day of purchase and will be billed for a number of 3 months as item title states (3 Month Subscription Plan) - Unable to cancel offer once purchased.
-Once subcription offer period has ended, you will be then automatically placed back onto the regular subscription terms, where billing will continue on same day of purchase, however full price applies.
