Plants

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

On rare occasions, despite careful packaging of our products, plants can get damaged during transit. If your plant(s) are damaged when you receive them, please take some photos of the condition that the plant(s) arrived in and contact us as soon as possible at hello@theflowerpotmen.uk We'll need photos sending of the item and within its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the refund process, you can contact us at hello@theflowerpotmen.uk. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement or a gift card to the value of your purchase.

Flowers

Our flower orders will often be sent out in bud form meaning they will last longer with the receiving recipient. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

On rare occasions, despite careful packaging of our products, flowers can get damaged during transit. If your flowers are damaged or you have received the wrong item, please take some photos of the item received and contact us as soon as possible at hello@theflowerpotmen.uk
We'll need photos sending of the item and within its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund (value to be sent via gift card) or replacement this process will need to be done within 24 hours of you receiving the item, due to being a natural/delicate item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is poor quality, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
